Content of the website or app (all text, documents, videos, and study material provided by us) is a property of gkcrunch that cannot be circulated in any form. We shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue the features or services offered.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and/or refuse access to our website if you don’t comply with our terms of service.

Refund Policy
Our focus is complete user satisfaction and providing them high-quality content at a very affordable price. We provide free credit to all our users so that they have a look at the quality that we are providing or what they can expect once they subscribe to our monthly paid subscription.
In case, they are displeased with the services provided, they can simply not opt for our service. But once the user opts for our monthly subscriptions after going through all our free credits we do not offer any refunds.
In case users face any problems after making payments with genuine proof (Invoice), they can contact us at sales@gkcrunch.com
After verifying proof (Invoice) attached by user, our team will respond within 2-3 business days.
But if we found users intently or in greed for free subscriptions trying to raise a proofless/baseless issue repeatedly, then he may be liable for some strict or legal action from our side, under Information Technology Act, 2000.
